RETURNS POLICY – CHANGE OF MIND

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – so don’t worry, we got you!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason.

However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened and unused with its packaging completely intact.

If the product packaging has been opened then we cannot accept a return for obvious health reasons.

So have a good look at the product in the package – if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!

Please email us via Support@moon-well.com letting us know that you want to return your parcel and we will give you all the return shipping information.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective products.

Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

A refund will be issued via the original payment method


RETURNS POLICY – FAULTY PRODUCT

Upon receiving your product if you think it is faulty then we are here to help!

Simply take a photo of the product showing the issue and email it to us at Support@moon-well.com.

A member of our team will then respond to your email with a solution within 24 hours.

Please remember that all our products are handmade so there may be minor imperfections or small bubbles. Also colour will vary slightly with each product.


REFUNDS

So you have placed an order and have now decided that you wish to cancel it and get a refund, here is what to do!

Firstly email us with your order number at Support@moon-well.com and let us know that you want to cancel your order.

If your order has not been shipped we will simply give you a full refund via the original payment method.

If your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to your location and then you decide you don’t want the product, no worries. You will have to wait for the parcel to arrive to your location. Then email us requesting the return shipping information and letting us know it is coming back our way. Once it arrives back to us (unopened!!) we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
